We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions, including the designated return address.
Return Shipping Costs
For non-defective or non-quality-related returns (including incorrect orders placed by the customer), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the return is due to a confirmed product defect or an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs or provide an appropriate solution.
Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Custom-made cables, made-to-order wiring harnesses, and products manufactured according to customer specifications (including custom lengths, connector types, pinouts, or special requests) are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the product is defective or does not meet the agreed specifications.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@elechawk.com with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will evaluate the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-made or personalized products (unless defective)
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, modification, or incorrect application
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you receive the correct item is to request a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason. This does not apply to custom-made or personalized products.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
