Do you support small batches?
Yes. Many custom cable requests can start with samples or small batches. MOQ depends on connector availability, wire material, and production complexity.
Can you make a cable from a photo or reference sample?
Yes. Many requests start with only photos and cable length. Clear photos of both connector ends, the full cable, and any label or board connection help us identify what to confirm next.
Can I request quotes for several cable types at once?
Yes. Use the multiple cable items field to list Cable 1, Cable 2, Cable 3, and so on. For each cable, share whatever you have: connector photos or names, cable length, quantity, drawing link, and notes. We can review them together and confirm missing details before quoting.
Can I upload drawings or photos directly?
For now, please paste a shared file link in the form or send files as email attachments to support@elechawk.com after submitting. Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, image links, PDFs, and photos are all useful for our first review.
What if I do not know the connector name or pinout?
That is common. Send what you have: photos, approximate length, quantity, and how the cable is used. We will review the details and ask focused follow-up questions before quoting.
Can you source compatible connectors?
Yes. We can work with common wire-to-board, power, terminal, and compatible connector families. For example, we can review compatibility with common JST GH-style mating interfaces when confirmed by photos, samples, or drawings. Connector series or brand names are used only to help identify mating compatibility.
How long does a custom cable order take?
Lead time depends on sample approval, connector stock, quantity, and packaging requirements. We confirm sample and batch lead times during quotation.
Can you support OEM packaging or labels?
Yes. For batch orders, we can discuss cable labels, bag labels, barcode labels, and other packaging requirements.
